Melissa is in network with some health insurance companies, however, they all have varying levels of participation and coverage. Currently, we accept commercial PacificSource plans, Regence( Blue Cross/Shield), and TriWest. Unfortunately, we are NOT in network with OHP. Please verify eligibility before your initial visit by either using the form here, or by taking a photo of your insurance card, and include your DOB and billing address, and email it to the address below.
