We invite you to embark on a path of healing and transformation.

Alla Pap, L.Ac

My work with Chinese Medicine is, at its core, an expression of care. I strive to offer a space where people feel met, listened to, and supported, so healing can unfold in its own time.

This path began with a single acupuncture treatment that stayed with me long after it ended. I did not yet understand the medicine, but recognized the feeling of being truly cared for. That experience led me into years of study and a deepening relationship with this work.

I hold deep reverence for my teachers and for the lineage that guides this medicine. Their wisdom guides my hands, yet it is my patients who continue to teach and shape me. In the treatment room, I return to what is most essential: careful attention, honest presence, and the willingness to meet each person where they are. From there, I support the body’s natural capacity to restore and find balance.

Now based in Bend, I am grateful to care for my community and to keep learning from those I serve. Outside the clinic, time with my family brings me back to simple rhythms of patience and daily care, which continue to inform the way I practice.
